Service Plumber- Evening Shift
About the role
We are seeking a skilled Service Plumber for our evening shift. Ideal candidates will start work at 3 PM and enjoy working with customers in the evenings.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic repair service calls
- Address customer concerns and make them feel comfortable
- Hand off larger repairs to plumbing installers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with diagnostic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing, water heaters, tankless, filtration, gas lines, gas logs, and drain cleaning
- Valid North Carolina Plumbing Contractor or Journeyman License
- Valid South Carolina LLR Plumbing Contractor License
- Valid South Carolina MASC Master Plumber Certification
- Experience in Residential Plumbing, particularly with drain, sewer, water & gas line installation and retrofit
- Knowledge of drain machines, camera & locator equipment
Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience
- Service Titan Experience
Skills
Great communication skills and the ability to handle tricky plumbing issues with confidence.
