Service Plumber

Job Summary

Charles Towne Plumbing is now hiring for two shifts—Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We are seeking motivated, customer-focused service plumbers with 3+ years of plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues such as faucets, drains, water heaters, toilets, and fixtures.
• Communicate findings and options to homeowners professionally and confidently.
• Log jobs and communicate with the office through ServiceTitan.
• Maintain assigned vehicle and tools to our standards.
• Represent Charles Towne with southern hospitality and care for our customers.
• Schedule and manage your own time off.
• Optional bonus shift once a month for additional earning potential.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in home service/repair (not just new construction).
• Comfortable using field service software like ServiceTitan, or willing to learn quickly.
• Good communication skills with homeowners.
• Pride in work and appearance.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

• 3+ years of plumbing experience.
• Experience working with residential plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in using ServiceTitan or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills with homeowners.
