Pay
- $70,000 – $180,000+ annual earnings
- Uncapped, performance-based income

Requirements
- Washington State Plumbing License: PL01 or PL02 (Required)
- Residential service or retrofit experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (required for operating a company vehicle)
- Background check conducted in accordance with Washington State law
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
