SERVICE PLUMBER

Responsibilities

• Perform residential service, repair, replacement, and installations
• Deliver exceptional customer service with fairness, honesty, and respect
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and clean-cut appearance
• Diagnose issues thoroughly and accurately with quality workmanship
• Participate in one nightly on-call assignment per week and rotate emergency weekend calls
• Uphold company values and contribute to a fun, family, and team-oriented atmosphere

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential plumbing service, repair, replacement, and installations
• Passion for exceptional customer service and excellent communication skills
• Professional, reliable, ethical, courteous, and team-oriented attitude
• Goal-oriented with a willingness to learn new skills
• Proficient math and writing skills
• Drug-free with no felony convictions; must pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Prior sales training (SGI, PSI, Contractors 2000, or Nexstar) is a plus but not required

Pay

$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year, plus benefits and bonuses (up to $100K+ annually with benefits).
