Service Order Dispatcher
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They gave examples but we can use other headings if appropriate. The posting includes "About Us", "Position Location", "Job Overview", "Responsibilities", "Job Requirements", "Working Conditions", "Disclosures". We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We should not repeat job title as heading. We should not include Job ID etc. We need to preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. We need to output only HTML fragment.
We need to decide which sections to include: About Us (maybe as About Us
), Position Location (maybe as
?), Job Overview (maybe as
Job Overview
), Responsibilities (list), Job Requirements (list), Working Conditions (maybe as), Disclosures (maybe we need to drop EEO boilerplate? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So Disclosures section includes EEO statement etc. That's boilerplate; we should drop it. However there is also "Compensation for this role will be determined..." which is about pay but it's vague ("determined based on factors...") Not a specific range. According to instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting does not give specific pay, schedule, benefits. So we should not include Pay, Benefits, Schedule sections. However we could include a short paragraph about compensation if it's substantive? It says "Compensation for this role will be determined based on factors including job responsibilities, experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and applicable contract requirements. Where required by law, compensation ranges will be provided to candidates during the hiring process." That's generic, not specific. According to instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. So we should not create a Pay section. We could maybe include that sentence in Job Overview or About Us? But it's about compensation; maybe we can keep it as a paragraph under Job Overview? However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that sentence somewhere. Where to place? Could be under a
Compensation
but that would be a Pay section which is not allowed because it's not specific. Better to incorporate into Job Overview paragraph as extra detail. That seems acceptable. Similarly, we have "Working Conditions" with specifics; we can keep as a sectionWorking Conditions
with adescribing. We also have "Disclosures" which includes EEO etc which is boilerplate; we should drop that. Also there is "Privacy Policy for California Job Applicants" which is also boilerplate; drop. We need to remove duplicated lines. Let's extract substantive content: About Us paragraph: "When you work at Chugach Government Solutions (CGS), you join a proud legacy of supporting missions while sustaining culture. The federal division of Chugach Alaska Corporation, CGS has been supporting critical missions as a government contractor for over 25 years. Our focus is to support facility maintenance, IT/technical services, construction and education. We are proud to have built, and continue to foster, an incredibly talented team spanning across the globe in hundreds of different fields – each team member proud to serve our country with first-class business services, while also making a difference for our Chugach shareholders. Position Location: "Lauughlin AFB Del Rio, Texas" (typo Lauughlin but keep as is). Probably we should include as a
maybe under Job Overview? Could be separate line. Job Overview paragraph: "This position receives, reviews, prioritizes, and processes work requests from facility managers and customers. Responsibilities include classifying and assigning work tasks to the appropriate shop or personnel, dispatching technicians for routine, urgent, and emergency service calls, and providing status updates throughout the service process. The position maintains accurate records and documentation within maintenance management systems, investigates and analyzes work requests, prepares reports, and supports daily operational and administrative activities to ensure efficient workflow coordination and customer service support." Responsibilities: list of essential job duties (many bullet points). We need to output as
- each.
Key Responsibilities: "Timely completion and accuracy of all work. Working closely and harmoniously with other employees. Adherence to contract requirements, safety and health regulations, and company" (cut off?). Actually the text: "Key Responsibilities: Timely completion and accuracy of all work. Working closely and harmoniously with other employees. Adherence to contract requirements, safety and health regulations, and company". It seems truncated; but we keep as is.
Job Requirements: Mandatory list and Preferred list.
Working Conditions: paragraph.
We need to avoid repeating "Responsibilities" heading twice? We have Responsibilities section (essential duties) and also Key Responsibilities (short). Could combine under one Responsibilities section with all bullets? But we must preserve all info; we could have a
Responsibilities
then a- for essential duties, then a
