About the role
The Service Operations Administrator 1 is responsible for managing day-to-day operations within the service department, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor service performance metrics and report findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Train and mentor new team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in service operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with service management software
