About the role

The Service Operations Administrator 1 is responsible for managing day-to-day operations within the service department, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Monitor service performance metrics and report findings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
  • Train and mentor new team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in service operations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with service management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Pay
