Service Manager - Avion

Key Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance staff; oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs;
• Manage budgets and vendors;
• Ensure work order completion;
• Support capital projects;
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance;
• Participate in resident retention initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• EPA Certification (Universal preferred);
• Valid driver license;
• 5+ years multifamily maintenance experience;
• 2+ years supervisory experience;
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills;
• Team leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• CAMT Certification,
• CPO Certification,
• HVAC trade certification,
• Yardi/Entrata/RealPage experience,
• Renovation and capital project experience.
