Responsibilities

• Leading day-to-day operations of a diesel repair shop to ensure efficient workflows
• Managing, coaching, and developing a team of diesel repair technicians
• Ensuring high-quality repairs, safety compliance, and consistent service standards
• Communicating clearly with customers by providing estimates and explaining repair processes
• Identifying and resolving issues quickly to minimize vehicle downtime
• Maintaining an organized, safe, and productive shop environment
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating parts ordering
• Building a positive culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, and growth

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in diesel truck repair
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Clear communication skills with both customers and technicians
• A strong work ethic and desire to grow into higher levels of leadership
• Previous management experience is helpful but not required

Pay

This position offers a competitive base salary along with performance incentives, allowing successful leaders to grow their earnings beyond their base compensation. With the right leadership and shop performance, total annual earnings of $90K+ are achievable.
