Responsibilities

• Understand key financial drivers
• Ensure the department meets or exceeds goals
• Market services to maintain a consistent income stream
• Effectively manage workflows, including work schedules, employee schedules, and customer work orders
• Handle all customer inquiries and communications, from repair estimates to resolving complaints
• Manage the service department's workflow to meet financial and operational goals
• Supervise and schedule employees
• Market the service department to ensure a steady workflow
• Ensure all service records, work orders, and documentation are maintained accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Ensure all vehicles meet legal requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience, or related education/training (degree, certificate, etc)
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time and work flexible hours
• Ability to effectively lead and manage people
