What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily service operations including dispatch, scheduling, and job execution
• Ensure all service work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Act as the escalation point for customer concerns and ensure resolution
• Monitor and manage department performance including labor efficiency, margins, callbacks, and profitability
• Provide technical support and guidance to HVAC and plumbing technicians
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and applicable codes
• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, install, and procurement teams to ensure alignment
• Drive accountability for documentation, job notes, photos, and system usage
• Track and analyze KPIs and implement improvement strategies
• Report on department performance and identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC and plumbing service experience
• Proven leadership experience managing technicians
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and codes
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
