What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee daily service operations including dispatch, scheduling, and job execution
- Ensure all service work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
- Act as the escalation point for customer concerns and ensure resolution
- Monitor and manage department performance including labor efficiency, margins, callbacks, and profitability
- Provide technical support and guidance to HVAC and plumbing technicians
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and applicable codes
- Collaborate with dispatch, sales, install, and procurement teams to ensure alignment
- Drive accountability for documentation, job notes, photos, and system usage
- Track and analyze KPIs and implement improvement strategies
- Report on department performance and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HVAC and plumbing service experience
- Proven leadership experience managing technicians
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems and codes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
- Valid driver’s license
