About the role
The Service Manager supports and leads a team of technicians in commercial food equipment servicing. They are responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing a cost center, and collaborating with other branch operations.
Responsibilities
- Support technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Provide coaching and training on equipment, procedures, and customer service
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals
- Talent development and employee engagement
- Manage a cost center and direct reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience, or 1-3 years of experience with a degree
- Previous management experience
- Knowledge of commercial food equipment and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to manage a P&L statement and customer-facing metrics
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Skills: Commercial food equipment service knowledge, mechanical aptitude, P&L statement management, customer-facing metric management, leadership, coaching, and training
