Pay

Salary range: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 annually.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce compliance with all employment policies and oversee cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of guests.
• Provide or direct all Front of House training.
• Manage performance of Front of House employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Manage liquor orders and control liquor costs; enforce applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines.
• Assist with development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback during one‑on‑ones.
• Review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hiring of Front of House employees.
• Direct work for employees, including setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Create a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals, implementing contests, theme nights, and staff incentives.
• Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures.
