Key Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance staff
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs
- Manage budgets and vendors
- Ensure work order completion
- Support capital projects
- Maintain safety and regulatory compliance
- Participate in resident retention initiatives
Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
- Valid driver license
- 5+ years multifamily maintenance experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills
- Team leadership experience
Preferred Qualifications
- CAMT Certification
- CPO Certification
- HVAC trade certification
- Yardi/Entrata/RealPage experience
- Renovation and capital project experience
