Service Line Business Partner
Position Overview
Affords responsibility for all Business operations of the assigned offices including maintaining provider, patient and staffing schedules; coordinating and facilitating meetings; and ensuring staff is compliant with all regulatory and company policies and procedures.
- Maintains provider, patient and staffing schedules.
- Coordinates and facilitates meetings.
- Ensures staff compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Makes monthly evaluations of department expense reports, financial, volume, Relative Value Unit (RVU), patient satisfaction, environment of care, quality assurance, and patient care monthly reports.
Works with other SLBPs and Director to identify opportunities for improvement and develop/implement performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Identifies opportunities for improvement and develops/implements performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum Required: High School Graduate or Equivalent Three (3) years relevant medical office experience; one (1) year in a supervisory role or successful completion of UHS Supervisor in Training program.
- Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Pay
$28.93 - $44.57 per hour, depending on experience.
Schedule
Regular, Day, 40 Weekly Hours.
