Job Overview

The LCM Coordinator is responsible for administering Agreements at the Mine to which they are assigned. The Coordinator will be technical in background and focus on Equipment within the Agreement.

Key Job Duties

  • Contract Administration
  • Collect, manage, and evaluate a Delivered Value Index of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for improvement opportunities.
  • Consult with Mine maintenance personnel to develop, implement, and monitor enhance preventative maintenance programs.
  • Lead quarterly review teams that assess machine performance, availability improvements, material usage, and utilization enhancements.
  • Develop and coordinate routine machine inspections.
  • Inventory:
    • Complete regular inventory checks with warehouse personnel
    • Monitor material usage to determine correct stocking requirements
    • Evaluate high usage items determining cause/corrective actions
  • Work with mine personnel to determine machine requirements.
  • Cookordinate rebuild and commissioning activities with Komatsu manufacturing sites.
  • Cookordinate operator and maintenance training requirements.
  • Evaluate downtime occurrences for potential improvements opportunities.
  • Submit regular updates to Mine management, Mach management and Komatsu personnel.
  • Aid Mine Personnel in evaluating electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical failures.
