Service Greeter and Valet

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest experiences
• Greet and guide guests to the appropriate service areas
• Assist in keeping the service lane clear and tidy
• Valet guest vehicles into the appropriate area for service and pick-up
• Assist service writers, service manager, and technicians in guest follow-up or communications as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training or job-related course work (preferred)
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to work independently while being an integral member of the service team
• Computer literacy and detailed follow-up
• Professional appearance and exceptional communications skills
• A proactive approach to your career with relation to job responsibilities, business growth, and daily development
