Service Engineer I IS - Network Services - Onsite
About the role
Service Engineers work in partnership with developers, testers, and program managers to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services offered to IS, non-IS and clinical caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with developers, testers, and program managers to design, operate, grow, and improve services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and reliability.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to address service-related issues.
- Participate in system design and implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service operations through automation and process optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent education/experience.
- One year of related experience preferred.
- Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
Qualifications
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and one year of related experience. Additional experience in automation is preferred.
Skills
Essential skills include strong technical knowledge, collaboration abilities, and proficiency in automation tools. Experience with deployment, recovery, and process optimization is beneficial.

Pay
The base pay range is provided in the posting. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses.
