Service Engineer I IS - Network Services - Onsite
This position works onsite in Redmond, Washington. Service Engineers work in partnership with developers, testers, and program managers (typically early in the development process) to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services offered to IS, non-IS, and clinical caregivers. Their technical skills are on par with their Development, Test, and Program Management counterparts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and program managers to design and improve large-scale services.
- Operate and grow computer-based services for IS, non-IS, and clinical caregivers.
- Apply automation to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent education/experience.
- 1 year of related experience preferred.
- Some experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $44.35 - $68.86 per hour. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
