Service Engineer II IS - Network Services - Onsite
About the role
Service Engineers work in partnership with developers, testers, and program managers to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services offered to IS, non-IS and clinical caregivers. Their technical skills are on par with their Development, Test, and Program Management counterparts.
Responsibilities
- Design, operate, and improve large-scale, computer-based services
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and program managers
- Support the Mission of caring for everyone, especially the most vulnerable in our communities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent education/experience
- 2 years related experience; 2-5 years preferred
- Experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes
- Experience with n-tier solutions
- Experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a Healthcare environment
Skills
Technical skills on par with Development, Test, and Program Management counterparts.

Pay
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
