Responsibilities

• Performing electrical service, repair, and maintenance for residential customers.

• Diagnosing issues and delivering effective, safe, and code-compliant solutions.

• Operating a company vehicle while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.

• Building strong customer relationships by clearly explaining solutions and options.

• Promoting our MVP Client Loyalty Program and identifying opportunities for system upgrades.

• Ensuring each project is completed with the highest level of safety, quality, and professionalism.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of electrical service experience (Residential Journeyman Certification, C-10 license OR ET Card with enough hours to take residential journeyman certification exam.)

• Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair best practices.

• Safety-Focused: Adheres to safety codes, PPE standards, and job site safety protocols.

• Physically Capable: Able to lift 75 lbs., work in varying weather conditions, and perform tasks on ladders or rooftops.

• Clean, well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid driver's license.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

• Total expected earnings based on your performance up to $125k / Base Pay

• $40 per hour / Uncapped Commission / Performance Bonuses
