Troubleshooting and Repair
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units while in the field.
Record Keeping
- Maintain records of service calls, training, and expenses.
Emergency Service
- Provide on-call emergency service as required.
- Maintain communication with the department manager while in the field.
Customer Education
- Educate customers on preventive maintenance and safety regulations.
- Provide general customer service on the phone and in person.
Other Duties
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
- Three to five years of commercial electrical experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Positive customer service skills.
