Service Electrician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and recommend options for homeowners to add, remove, replace, and upgrade their electrical needs
• Handle residential electrical installs, upgrades, and repairs
• Diagnose circuits and equipment using modern tools and technology
• Work closely with dispatch and customer service to keep jobs smooth
• Prioritize safety and raise the bar for quality
• Complete additional tasks with confidence and pride

Requirements

• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license
• MN Journeyman license required
• Hands-on residential electrical experience
• Customer-focused mindset — ability to build trust before presenting options
• Strong communication and technical electrical skills
• Team-first attitude with a hunger to grow and improve

Pay

$50-$60/hour OR $100,000-$140,000+ annually. Top performers earn beyond this range.
