Position Summary
Are you looking for a fast paced team environment? Would you like a more dynamic role that allows you to work on varied projects and with varied people? Our Service team is seeking a Dispatcher to provide white glove service to our customers and support our service technician team.
What You'll Do
- Front Line Communicator: Generate service calls and communicate by phone and email with customers, sales representatives, vendors and service technicians.
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and customer requests to determine schedule and dispatch workers to jobs while managing information in the dispatch system.
- Monitor service technicians' workload and capacity throughout the day and review all "Open Calls" on a daily basis to ensure timely response and customer notification.
- Verify field payroll and process on a weekly basis.
