Service Dispatcher
Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
- Take incoming calls, check incoming customer emails, and dispatch to the appropriate technician
- Aid technicians in the field, including site directions and account information
- Print tracking reports to verify technicians completed the work order
- Enter confirmation calls for automated calls and log accounts
- Create daily reports as needed
- Post and update customer data: delivery changes, contact information/address updates
- Special projects and other duties as assigned by the Dispatch Supervisor
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Propane industry or similar dispatch experience
- Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, & Excel proficiency
- Punctuality and dependability
Preferred Skills
- Proficiencies in verbal and written communications
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
Shift
Monday to Friday 8:00-4:30
Availability
Must be available for occasional mornings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable dispatcher to assist in optimizing heating oil and propane distribution, scheduling, and routing service-related activities. In this role, you will be reporting to the dispatch supervisor. In-office preferred. You must live in NY, NJ, PA, or CT for Hybrid eligibility.
