About the role
We are looking for a problem-solving and highly organized dispatcher to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer requests
- Rearranging the scheduling, reporting, and communication for service calls
- Communicating with drivers, operations management, and customers using messaging apps, email, and telephones
- Preparing daily routes and schedules for the Ops team
Requirements
The ideal candidate has basic computer skills and is comfortable preparing daily routes and schedules for the Ops team.
Compensation
$18 - $20 hourly
