Service Delivery Coordinator (Hybrid) - HR Operations

About the role

Serve as support for all HR operations service center inquiries.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides oversight, guidance and resolution for the operational processes in Service Now.
• Interfaces with multiple levels of support with the goal of ticket resolution.
• Follows documentation and process improvements for areas of functional support with an emphasis on customer excellence and process improvement.
• Focuses on metrics for ticket resolution for ongoing distribution and resolution status.
• Provides additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
• Large, Complex Human Resources/Payroll Service Center Environment (2 Years).
• Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Website Navigation.

Preferred Qualifications

• College Courses In Accounting, Business, Or Computer Science (2 Years).

Pay

Grade G09-H. Salary range $23.37 - $36.19 / Hourly. The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
