Service Delivery Center - QA Guidewire Testing Senior
About the role
The Service Delivery Center Senior – Financial Services Organization – QA role at EY involves providing exceptional testing subject matter expertise and solving complex problems for clients in the financial services industry. You will work on IT Quality Transformation & Application Test Delivery, driving transformational change in how clients deliver application testing services.
Responsibilities
- Working with clients to drive transformational change in the way they deliver application testing services in their organizations
- Defining the test strategy, planning, implementing and quality assurance for large complex projects
- Teaming with business organizations to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Counseling teams members with a goal of fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment
- Sharing your knowledge and developing engagement tools and enablers to build capability for the practice
- Cultivating business development opportunities and supporting sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of Guidewire experience
- Experience working in the insurance sector
- Strong experience on Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, Billing Center and rating engine
- Integration experience working with external vendors
- Good test knowledge on rating concepts such as premium calculations, discounts and surcharges, coverages
- Quality engineering skills with test automation experience in tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, etc.
- Good knowledge and experience on SOAP and REST services test concepts
- Property & Casualty Insurance domain knowledge across personal and commercial products, its risks and coverages

Qualifications
- Approximately 5 years of financial services experience, including prior consulting experience
- Guidewire certifications
- Relevant industry certification such as, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP or other specialized IT certifications

Pay
Base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $67,000 to $136,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $80,300 to $155,300.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
