Service Delivery Center-Java Developer: Financial Services---Analyst---Raleigh, Dallas, San Antonio
About the role

Responsibilities
- Support engagement teams through the analysis of specific business requirements, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of distributed software applications.
- Deliver high-quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with client engagement teams to transform business problems through engineering solutions.
- Work as part of a project team to design, build/configure, test, analyze, deliver, and support technology solutions.
- Manage changing priorities and learn new and rapidly changing technology solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to transform their business through disruptive innovation enablement and transformational design solutions.
- Support clients in modernizing systems, processes, and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms and services.
- Utilize microservices, cloud, omnichannel integration, API management, and open-source technologies to enable end-to-end automation.
Requirements
- Prior full-stack software product development experience with a preference for understanding DevOps and its supporting services and tools.
- Proven experience in agile methodologies, including requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing.
- Hands-on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages, including Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless, and cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
- Experience with front-end development using modern frameworks and practices like React, Angular, or responsive web design.
- Experience building applications/platforms with cloud-native/Microservices architecture, including experience with IaaS, PaaS, container deployment.
- Experience with modern collaborative development tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing, including knowledge of TDD or BDD software development techniques.
- Comfortable working in an Agile and TDD environment.
- Experience with Akka/Scala, Kafka/RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, Hadoop/Spark/Flume, MongoDB/Cassandra, or any NoSQL database.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in technology software development.
- Back-end experience using modern technologies like Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless, and cloud technologies like AWS or Azure.
- Front-end development with modern frameworks and practices like React, Angular, or responsive web design.
- Experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with modern collaborative development tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Experience with testing frameworks and tools for unit and integration testing, including knowledge of TDD or BDD software development techniques.
- Comfortable working in an Agile and TDD environment.
- Experience with Akka/Scala, Kafka/RabbitMQ, ElasticSearch, Hadoop/Spark/Flume, MongoDB/Cassandra, or any NoSQL database.

The base salary range for this role in all geographic locations in the US is $55,400 to $113,000. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State, and California (excluding Sacramento) is $66,600 to $128,500. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension, and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

The base salary range for this role in all geographic locations in the US is $55,400 to $113,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
Schedule
We expect most people in external, client-serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project, or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
