About the role
Join our dynamic team at Stater Bros! We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Retail Sales team. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and assist in sales.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure store cleanliness.
- Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Skills

- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
