Service Coordinator

Seronda Network is adding a Service Coordinator to its remote team supporting brand awareness, communications, public relations, events, customer engagement, and project support.

About the role

In this position, you will coordinate incoming service requests, scheduling, ownership, status updates, and customer follow-through while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Seronda Network.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document service requests from clients, attendees, and brand stakeholders and confirm the information needed to move each request forward.
• Schedule or route work to the appropriate owner and track status through completion.
• Maintain current notes, dates, commitments, and next steps across service and customer records.
• Communicate progress, changes, and expected timelines to clients, attendees, and brand stakeholders using approved channels.
• Coordinate exceptions with clients, event teams, communications teams, and partners and escalate issues that require additional approval or expertise.
• Review open requests regularly and follow up on overdue actions, missing information, or unresolved customer needs for Seronda Network.

Requirements

• Customer-service, scheduling, dispatch, operations, or service-coordination experience is preferred.
• Strong written communication and ability to keep several open requests organized.
• Comfort working with calendars, ticketing or CRM systems, shared records, and status trackers.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in Seronda Network's remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.

Pay

$53,000 - $61,000 per year
