About the role
As a Service Coordinator (32–40 hours per week) you will use your technical insight to advise dairy farmers on improving their operations, assist with updates to management systems, and provide field technicians with technical support.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on optimizing farm operations
- Update and maintain management systems
- Provide technical support to field technicians
Requirements
- MBO or HBO diploma in installation technology, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering
- Technical aptitude and customer-friendly communication
- Proficiency with Syntess, TeamViewer, and Office 365 applications
