Service Coordinator

About the role

Pipp Mobile Storage Systems is a provider of mobile storage systems and products that maximize even the smallest of storage spaces. Our global customers are primarily retail and office based, but we have recently expanded into the vertical farming industry. As a customer-centric team, our focus is on the customer and providing the best service imaginable.

Responsibilities

• Respond in a timely manner to service calls and service orders from outside vendors, account managers, and web-based requests, coordinating the necessary parts and services as needed.
• Set up site surveys.
• Respond to requests for warranty work and coordinate parts and repairs associated with warranty requests.
• Maintain professionalism in all verbal and written communications.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and work ethic.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent; 2 years relevant experience preferred, or equivalent experience and education.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis in Excel.
• Ability to effectively handle multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

$18–$20 hourly.
