Job Responsibilities
- Monitor service quality and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support for customers generally via the phone and also on-site whenever necessary.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding product issues, warranty coverage, and repair timelines.
- Assign and monitor different jobs & schedules on time to time basis to the third-party technician team.
- Ensure all service documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Create job orders based on customer queries and close them upon completion with a proper solution.
- Supervise and monitor bills submitted by the Singer Franchise Agents (Third Party) through cross-checking with customers.
- Claim the RMA (supplier warranty) for LED panels & compressors.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts and service tools.
- Prepare and maintain service records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all service center operations.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering
