Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers and answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
- Schedule customer appointments and coordinate calendars for sales representatives and field personnel.
- Prepare and submit permit applications and related documentation to local municipalities and agencies.
- Receive, process, and accurately record customer payments.
- Care for warranty claims and maintain communication with customers, vendors, and manufacturers as needed.
- Support the Service Manager with inventory tracking, purchasing, and supply management.
- Order parts, materials, and office supplies to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Maintain organized customer records, job files, and administrative documentation.
- Provide general office support and assist other departments as business needs require.
Qualifications

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Experience with scheduling, administrative support, and data entry.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
- Able to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in construction, home services, field service, or a similar industry.
- Familiarity with permitting processes and municipal documentation.
- Experience coordinating customer payments, warranty claims, or service administration.
- Experience with inventory management, purchasing, or office operations is a plus.
