Service Coordinator

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Coordinator based in Pompano Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage service requests or appointments
• Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams
• Track job progress, maintain service records, and follow up on issues
• Provide timely communication to ensure customer satisfaction
• Aid with reporting and process improvements for service operations
• Manage the full cycle elevator and escalator inspection process

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Must reside in or near the Pompano Beach, Florida area
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the elevator, escalator, or vertical transportation sector (preferred)
