Service Coordinator

About the role

The Service Coordinator/Dispatcher plays a crucial role in managing customer service, technician scheduling, and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming telephone calls
• Entering customer information in BAAN
• Scheduling service calls with customers
• Efficiently dispatching Technicians via FMP360
• Providing quotes to customers based on Technicians' recommendations (when required)
• Driving upgrades as directed and ordering parts (when required)
• Effectively collecting all required service call information
• Forwarding new equipment sales leads to Sales Representatives
• Maintaining monthly reports for key customers
• Acting as the liaison between production and sales
• Aiding the phone team in answering corporate calls

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance
• Pleasant telephone voice
• Possess a positive attitude
• Grace under pressure
• Ability to juggle many projects simultaneously
• Organized and self-motivated
• Excellent verbal communication skills
