Responsibilities

  • Outbound and inbound customer phone calls
  • Responding via email and phone to internet leads
  • Determining each customer's needs by asking the right questions
  • Scheduling appointments for the Service Department
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Introducing customers to Service Advisors
  • Entering customer information into the CRM
  • Accurately scheduling service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability
  • Maintaining strong attention to detail when updating customer records and service information

Qualifications

  • Customer focused, energetic, and self-motivated individuals
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Volie, CDK, and XTime is a plus
  • Can address customer concerns promptly and professionally
