Responsibilities
- Outbound and inbound customer phone calls
- Responding via email and phone to internet leads
- Determining each customer's needs by asking the right questions
- Scheduling appointments for the Service Department
- Ensuring a positive customer experience
- Introducing customers to Service Advisors
- Entering customer information into the CRM
- Accurately scheduling service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability
- Maintaining strong attention to detail when updating customer records and service information
Qualifications
- Customer focused, energetic, and self-motivated individuals
- Experience in customer service or call center environments
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Excellent computer skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience with Volie, CDK, and XTime is a plus
- Can address customer concerns promptly and professionally
