Service-Branch Manager Fixed Operations-Southbury

About the role

Allegiance Trucks has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager of Fixed Operations. This position must lead by example, develop an engaged team committed to providing the highest level of customer service, and promote our organization as a dealership and employer of choice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the dealership
• Provide leadership for the growth of the parts and service departments
• Ensure effective and efficient operations of parts and service departments
• Develop managers and employees to enhance their performance and career growth
• Uphold Allegiance Truck’s customer focus by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues timely and professionally
• Foster a positive work environment
• Stay up on industry trends and competitive offerings
• Gather and share information from customers and other dealers to help Allegiance better serve our customers and grow market share

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills
• Business acumen
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using dealership management software
• In-depth knowledge of dealership parts and service operations
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Able to handle disruptions to daily schedule and routine (agility)
• Professional appearance (Polo, Button Up, Khakis, safe shoes)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a management role within the commercial truck dealership industry or related field
• Valid state driver's license is required
• Must maintain a clean driving record
