Branch Service Manager

About the role
Responsible for the management of a specified service area. Ensures generation of revenue and profit consistent with assigned objectives, guidelines, and pricing policies. Maintains efficient workflow by holding direct reports accountable for the quality and efficiency of their work. Provides next-level customer support and problem resolution. Facilitates resolution of issues concerning pricing, installation, and performance of equipment by interacting and communicating with the sales and administrative departments. Reviews timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of technicians' invoices, car expense reports, and timecards. Ensures appropriate staffing and adequate inventory of supplies and machine parts.
Requirements
- 3-5 years related work experience as a Technical Manager, preferably in the managed print services or digital solutions industry.
- Certified in A+, Network+, or equivalent training required.
- Understanding of Workflow, Security, Cost Accounting, and MPS solutions.
- Outstanding customer relation skills.
- Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple, and common network problems.
- Experience updating, maintaining, and analyzing spreadsheets.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Position requires use of a personal car which is eligible for a vehicle maintenance compensation program.
- Ability to travel locally on a daily basis to various customer sites.
- Ability to use appropriate technology for the position (i.e., handheld computer, phone, laptop).
- Excellent daily time management skills and capability to prioritize activities and schedule to obtain effective results.
- Must work well with customers and exhibit professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
