Responsibilities
- Lead an entire service operation upon completion of paid training
- Motivate the service team to consistently provide the world’s best service, prioritizing safety
- Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
- Assist with recruiting top talent for the service team
- Train and develop Orkin Pros through hands-on management
- Lead training meetings
- Oversee the Orkin Pro Ride-A-Long program
- Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded through inspections, proposed courses of action, and empathetic service
- Champion innovation by supporting the team in adopting new products, services, and technology
- Monitor scheduling, routing, and inventory to drive efficiencies and productivity
- Participate in community service projects that improve your local area

Requirements
- Sales experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
- Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients
Work Environment
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA-compliant respirator
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
