About the role
The Service Booker is responsible for processing warranty claims, ensuring proper documentation, and reconciling payments with accuracy. The ideal candidate has dealership experience, with prior warranty processing knowledge preferred.
Responsibilities
- Audit and close repair orders by verifying the accuracy of labor, parts, technician time, pricing, and documentation.
- Ensure repair orders comply with dealership policies and manufacturer standards before final billing and posting.
- Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, warranty administrators, and accounting to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate service records.
Requirements
- Prior warranty processing experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic accounting or reconciliation experience.
- Proficiency with computers and dealership management software.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Authorized to work in the USA.
- Able to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and hold a valid driver license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with multiple automotive brands and factory warranty procedures.
- Experience assisting multiple departments in a dealership setting.
Pay
$24 - $28 per hour
Schedule
- Full-time
- Sundays always off
- Saturday availability required
- Closed on Thanksgiving & Christmas
