Service BDC - Toyota of Santa Fe

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner.
• Use lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Generate and schedule service appointments.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis
• Will be trained to understand all products and services offered on the service side.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of customer / hospitality level service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

Additional Information

Compensation / Hourly: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Full Time/40 hours, Monday through Saturday availability, Sundays - 1x a month, 3x off.
