Service BDC Associate - Long Beach BMW

About the role

The Service BDC Agent generates service appointments with customers who contact the dealership via the internet to schedule or inquire about service repairs. This role also includes cashier duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate, and courteous manner.
• Use lead management tools, CRM software, and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Generate and schedule service appointments.
• Compile all necessary reports, forms, and other documentation on a timely basis.
• Understand all products and services offered, including inventory, financing, and incentive programs (training provided).

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment and/or commission-driven role (preferred).
• At least 2-3 years of previous high-level customer/hospitality service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Pay

Base hourly compensation of $17.00. Annual earnings from $48,000 to $60,000+.

Schedule

• Full-time.
• Monday through Saturday availability.
• Sundays off.
