Service BDC Administrator

About the role

Hyundai of North Miami is hiring a Service BDC Administrator. This position involves answering inbound service calls, scheduling appointments, contacting customers, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound service calls and schedule appointments.
• Contact customers to confirm, reschedule, and follow up on service visits.
• Respond to online service inquiries, texts, and emails promptly.
• Help create an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction.
• Work closely with Service Advisors and the Service Manager to maximize appointment opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and building customer relationships.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Automotive dealership or call center experience is preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.

Pay

Hourly pay + commission.
