About the role

This position focuses on providing high quality customer service by accurately and efficiently completing bank transactions and suggesting products and services to meet the current and future financial needs of bank customers. We support you so you can exceed personal production goals while delivering a meaningful customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer requests for banking transactions.
  • Answer customer inquiries and problems with solutions that meet the customer’s current needs.
  • Continually build customer loyalty and customer advocates.
  • Balance cash, daily transactions, vault and ATM.
  • Understand and ensure compliance, regulations and reporting.
  • Follow information security policy and verification procedures to protect customer privacy.
  • Aid in opening and/or closing banking center operations.
  • Participate in a high performing sales environment by selling bank products, making customer referrals and other activities to support the goals.
  • Know about all bank products.
  • Participate in daily/weekly meetings and coaching sessions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 3 months of sales, cash handling, or related experience.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
