Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer requests for banking transactions.
  • Answer customer inquiries and problems with solutions that meet the customer’s current needs.
  • Continually build customer loyalty and foster customer advocates.
  • Contribute to overall banking center operations by:
    • Balancing cash, managing daily transactions, maintaining the vault, and operating ATMs.
    • Understanding and ensuring compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
    • Following information security policies and verification procedures to protect customer privacy.
  • Aid in opening and/or closing banking centers.
  • Participate actively in a high-performing sales environment by:
    • Selling bank products, making customer referrals, and supporting business goals.
    • Knowing about all bank products.
    • Participating in daily/weekly meetings and coaching sessions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 3 months of sales, cash handling, or related experience.

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable about all bank products.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
