Service and Warranty Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Interacting respectfully with customers, providing relevant information, and resolving product or service issues independently.
• Managing work schedules, organizing appointments, and completing accurate paperwork.
• Communicating with team members about customer interactions and actions taken.
• Following established procedures, recommending process improvements, and ensuring the availability of materials for on-site work.
• Maintaining a neat, organized service area and managing warehouse inventory.

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift at least 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks, working in loud, fast-paced environments, and making sound judgments.
• Effective communication skills and ability to understand written instructions.
• Basic math skills, including reading measurements to 1/32 inch and performing calculations.
• Vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.

Additional Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential early start times.
• Compensation: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
