About the role

Service Aide at St. Dominic Villa, a long‑term skilled nursing and short‑term rehabilitation community in the Driftless Region of southwest Wisconsin. The position is available as full‑time or part‑time, primarily on the PM shift (2 pm – 10 pm). The role involves supporting residents, maintaining communication, and assisting with daily tasks in a compassionate, mission‑driven environment.

Location: 2375 Sinsinawa Rd, Hazel Green, WI 53811 (approximately 10 minutes from Dubuque, IA).

Schedule

PM Shift: 2 pm – 10 pm. Positions available as part‑time or full‑time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and actively promote effective communication with residents, patients, clients, and supervisors.
• Uphold a positive image of the entity in the community, aligning with mission, vision, and values.
• Perform tasks as directed and guided by supervisors, only after receiving appropriate training.
• Cooperate with scheduling to ensure adequate coverage for resident services.
• Pass newspapers, answer call lights, and deliver meal trays to residents.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Certified Nursing Aide program that begins within the month of the hire date (training assistance provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information.
• Ability to relate well to residents, patients, clients, family members, and personal representatives.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers.

Pay
