The Go-To Communicator: Keep our riders in the loop with timely updates, clear explanations, and a positive, can-do attitude. No jargon, just straight talk.

Master of the Estimate: Create accurate and transparent service quotes, explaining costs and timelines with confidence.

Fuel the Dream: Suggest custom parts, performance upgrades, and accessories that will make our riders' bikes truly their own.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally as a service writer, advisor, or in high-end retail.
• An organized brain that can track multiple jobs without breaking a sweat.
• Excellent communication skills—in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• A friendly, energetic, and professional personality that fits our culture of family, fun, and freedom.
• A motorcycle endorsement is preferred, but we will help the right candidate get theirs.
