Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Drive Lane to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by completing additional tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries via phone or in person.
• Distribute technicians' time efficiently to meet service customer needs.

• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• Strong time management skills.
• Fantastic communication skills with customers.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Acceptable motor vehicle driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check.
